New Grants from Tennessee Arts Commission and Holloway Family Foundation Further Rejoice Mission.
Rejoice was awarded two new project grants for this year. The Arts Pathways for Youth Success Grant will provide our dancers with an eight-week workshop to explore the history of ballet by learning variations from well-known classical ballets. Their classes for the workshop will be accompanied by a pianist, giving them the experience of dancing with live music. This workshop is set for January - March.
Rejoice also received an Arts Education Community Learning Grant. This grant will support a special performance presented in May of 2025. Before that, Rejoice dancers will work with a visiting choreographer to prepare for this public performance. Both grants allow our students in levels 1 - 3 to be mentored and learn from many professionals at no cost to the families.
Thank you Tennessee Arts Commission for your confidence and support in Rejoice!
The Holloway Family Foundation, a champion for children in the areas of creative expression and artistic endeavors, has expanded and increased their support to Rejoice School of Ballet!
Thank you for your continuous encouragement and trust and for sharing your joy with our families.
