Performance Opportunities
At no additional cost to families, Rejoice School of Ballet offers annual and optional performing opportunities through our school and unique partnerships.
Rejoice School of Ballet students have the opportunity to perform in the annual Children’s and Spring Ballet Showcases as well as the option to participate in the Rejoice Youth Ensemble.
Rejoice Youth Ensemble
Each year, the Rejoice Youth Ensemble performs classical and/or original choreography for public audiences. This provides young dancers with the chance to enhance their skills while being mentored by professionals. Performances often feature live music, fostering collaboration between young artists and professionals.
Auditions determine casting for each performance. All Rejoice School of Ballet students have the opportunity to participate, with eligible ages varying based on the performance series and planned repertory. Our goal is to provide performing opportunities throughout the year, including unique collaborations, choreography opportunities, and special workshops.
Participation in the Rejoice Youth Ensemble is free, covering all rehearsals, theater hours, and necessary costumes or performance attire.

Nashville’s Nutcracker Youth Cast
As an official mentor school of Nashville Ballet, Rejoice School of Ballet students have the unique opportunity to audition for Nashville Ballet company youth cast.
Youth cast opportunities include productions such as The Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Peter Pan, and Nashville's Nutcracker.
Being a member of a professional youth cast gives young dancers the exclusive opportunity to work in the studio alongside the professionals of Nashville Ballet, culminating with performances at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, accompanied by the Nashville Symphony.
